Terms of Service

Welcome to iFixCars LLC ("iFixCars," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, requesting an estimate, purchasing products or services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

iFixCars LLC provides automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, parts replacement, roadside assistance where available, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Repair estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. During the repair process, additional issues may be discovered that require further repairs. Whenever reasonably possible, we will obtain your authorization before performing any additional billable work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, financing where available, and other approved payment methods. Vehicles not picked up within seven (7) days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees and may be handled in accordance with applicable Georgia abandoned vehicle laws.

Any warranties provided on repairs or replacement parts will be communicated in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own terms and conditions. Except where prohibited by law, iFixCars LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iFixCars LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials, is the property of iFixCars LLC unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
